These Terms and Conditions govern the business relationship between MONTLAC LLC ("Montlac", "we") and its customers ("the customer", "you") regarding the purchase, distribution and use of GMI line products, manufactured with GOMOCOL technology. By placing an order or using this site, you accept the terms described here.
Products offered by Montlac LLC are subject to inventory availability. We reserve the right to modify specifications, packaging, or discontinue items without prior notice, always prioritizing product quality and technical performance.
Our products come with a technical data sheet available upon request, describing storage conditions, surface preparation and recommended application. Product performance depends on correct application in accordance with the data sheet; Montlac LLC is not responsible for failures resulting from improper application, inadequately prepared surfaces, or environmental conditions outside the recommended parameters.
Payment terms (deposits, terms and accepted methods) are agreed individually with each customer and are recorded in the corresponding quote or purchase order.
Return or exchange requests must be reported to sales@montlac.com within the periods indicated on the purchase order, along with evidence of the product's condition. Products must remain unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible.
The Montlac, GMI and Gomocol trademarks, as well as the content, text and images on this site, are the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.
